We get some inquiries about how much Vitargo a football team may need per week.
Estimated number of troop player (based on about 7 training sessions per week and match):
The player should eat a varied diet everyday, and use Vitargo as energy supplements alt., Recovery drink before / after training.
Before the game, players who run long distances, would be wise to load with 1 bottle Vitargo + Electrolyte (70g powder) in the morning, between meals, if the match is played in the afternoon / evening.
During the match all outfield players are recommended to drink sports drink; Vitargo + Electrolyte, 5-7dl per game (similar to 1-1.5 dl powder = 50-75g).
Vitargo Gainers Gold is excellent to use and recovering after the match, or if you are unable to eat before the workout, drink 1.5 dl powder in water about 1 hour before workout.
We also have energy bars to offer, if you think they are more practical to have as a revovery meal after the game. Vitargo Protein bar contains 20g of protein and also fast carbs and are ideal as recovery after activity.
An elite player is estimated to supplement their diet with the following / week:
3 portions Vitargo + Electrolyte
2-3 servings Gainers Gold (we assume that the player eats a balanced diet and using dietary supplements after the match o tough traning sessions)
Additional, about 1-2 energy bars.
If the team has 18-20 players, maybe 15 of them would be in need of food reinforcement, this gives:
Vitargo + Electrolyte: 3 x 0.7 x 15 = 3kg / week (It is available in 2kg and 5kg buckets).
